Hi, I’m Tracey, a mum of two and a passionate coach and counsellor dedicated to helping women, especially mums, navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of the next step. As a mum myself, I’ve been there—juggling family, work, and personal growth while often putting myself last.

I’m not here to offer traditional therapy. I take a fresh, holistic approach that combines coaching, counselling, and even relaxation massage to help you break free from limiting beliefs, reduce stress, and reconnect with your true self. I’m trained in multiple modalities, including counselling, NLP coaching, hypnosis, timeline therapy and beauty tehrapy, and I bring a unique mix of expertise to support you in overcoming life’s obstacles.

I get it—life as a modern woman, especially a mum, is complex. You don’t just need someone to talk to; you need someone who truly understands and can help you make meaningful changes. Are you covered by Medicare or the Government’s Mental Health Plan?

At this time, I am not covered by Medicare, and I do not qualify for the Government’s Mental Health Plan.

This is because, in Australia, only psychologists and certain other healthcare professionals can provide services that are eligible for Medicare rebates under a Mental Health Plan.If you are looking for services that are covered by the Mental Health Plan, I recommend seeing a psychologist or discussing with your GP to see if they can refer you for a Medicare-subsidized session.

That said, I’ve intentionally set my pricing to be lower than the usual out-of-pocket fees for therapy, making it more affordable and accessible to those who don’t require the formal structure of a mental health plan. My focus is to offer practical, empowering support tailored to your unique needs without the clinical feel.

What are your hours of operation?

I typically offer sessions between 9.00am and 2.30pm Mon-Fri.

However, I understand that life can be hectic, especially for busy mums or professionals. I’m happy to arrange after-hours appointments or weekend sessions, though these may incur an additional fee.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, I offer online counseling and coaching for those who prefer the flexibility or cannot attend in person. This option works well for busy mums, professionals, or anyone wanting to stay in their PJ's whilst still accessing support!

What can I expect from a session with you?

Each session is designed to help you work through challenges and achieve personal growth in a safe, supportive environment. Whether it’s anxiety, stress, or overcoming personal obstacles, you can expect a refreshing, practical approach tailored to your individual needs.

We’ll focus on real, actionable solutions that are easy to implement in your daily life, and you’ll leave feeling empowered, not overwhelmed.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is easy! You can either book online via the website or reach out directly to me for assistance. If you have any questions about what kind of session would be best for you, I’m happy to discuss your needs beforehand.

What types of payment do you accept?

I accept PayID (using [email protected]) and secure online payments through the booking portal.

To confirm your appointment, I kindly ask that all bookings be prepaid. This helps reserve your spot and prevents no-shows, allowing me to dedicate my time fully to each client and respect those on waitlists. Thank you for your understanding!

Will my sessions be confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority for me. Everything discussed in our sessions is completely confidential, and I adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines for professional practice. If you have any concerns about confidentiality, don’t hesitate to ask.

Do you only work with women?

While I’m passionate about supporting women, especially mums navigating motherhood, identity changes, and stress management, I do offer talk therapy for both men and women, with online sessions available for added convenience.

For my massage therapy services, I predominantly work with women. My massage space is designed to cater to the unique needs of female clients, creating a safe, comfortable, and tranquil environment. This focus allows me to provide a deeply relaxing and personalized experience for women seeking self-care.

What is your cancellation policy and do you offer refunds?

Life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand, but please note that a 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds are not available for sessions, but if you’ve prepaid for a package deal, we can discuss rescheduling or adjusting your sessions accordingly.
