I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the chaos of motherhood and life transitions. When I became a mum, my whole identity shifted overnight. I wasn’t just “me” anymore. Like many women, I felt overwhelmed, not depressed, but deeply changed.
That experience pushed me to explore counselling, coaching, and personal development, and now I help other women (especially mums) find clarity, confidence, and themselves again.
